It emphasizes that by individually cultivating and vibrating peace through breath, heart-centered awareness, and daily intention, participants contribute to a unified field of peace that supports humanity, all living beings, and Mother Earth.

Our purpose in hosting The UPLIFT Peace Immersionis to infuse our collective realitywith more peace, together,to create a unified field of peace.
Participating is as simple as aligningyour longing and intentions for a peaceful worldwith the UPLIFT community.

Take three deep breaths.Breathing in for two seconds.Breathing out for two seconds.
Feel your body, and feel for peace.
Take your time as you keep breathingand breathe into your heart space.
In for three seconds.Out for three seconds.
And feel your caring, loving, heartfelt longingfor a world of peace.
The cumulative effect of thousands of usall feeling and vibrating peace togetherover a period of time is immeasurable.
And in our alignment and shared longing,we are all naturally held together in theever-present field of peace.
And this makes it easier and more deeply felt for everyone.

Feel the peace in every cellof your body vibrating as light.

As peace is felt internally, it naturally radiates outward, positively impacting others and the collective field. The practice highlights our innate ability to embody and share peace simply by being present and grounded.
Choosing PeaceWe can choose peace.
We can choose to feel peace within us.
And as we do,we automatically radiate peaceall around us.
Take a deep breathand feel your body.
Make yourself comfortable.
Tell yourself: I want to feel peace.I choose to feel peace.
Breathe in slowly and deeply,pausing at the end of the inhalation,and then mentally say, “Relax,” to yourselfas you slowly release the breath.
Make sure your breathing is comfortable for you.
Be gentle with yourselfand curious about your experience.
Take three more full breaths.Breathe in slowly, pause,and stay relaxed as you exhale.
As you take a few more breaths,feel your whole body breathing,as if you are breathing in through all your skin.
And then as you start to exhale,press the breath into and through your body.
Notice how this feels.
Say the word peace to yourselfas you breathe in,and say peace to yourselfas you slowly exhale into your whole body.
Let the word peace drop into your field of being.
As you keep breathing, feel for the frequencyand vibration of peace in your body.
Scan your body from your head to your toes,and from your toes to your head.Up and down.Down and up.
Feeling for peace.
What does peace feel like to you?
Allow your mind to rest in peace.
What words come up for youto describe these feelings of peace?
Feel the space, and the vast field, of your limitless awareness.
Notice how your breathing interactswith the vibrations of peace in your body,and gently strengthen the vibrations.
With every breath you are filling with more peace,consciously activating the frequencies and vibrationsof peace already within you.
You are brightening your light.
And you are infusing yourselfand the collective field.
You are choosing peace.
Keep feeling your body. 
Ground yourself in your bodyand your connection to Mother Earth.
Let each breath be an opportunityto feel and activate more peacewithin you and for you.This automatically benefits all beings.
You are a beingof infinite love and light, radiating peace.
Can you feel that now?
By doing this practice of feeling peace,you are a living example of what’s possiblefor all of us.
