This meditation invites you to relax into a deep sense of peace and compassion by breathing mindfully and acknowledging all parts of yourself, including those that are hurt or afraid. Instead of resisting difficult emotions, you're encouraged to meet them with compassion and love, allowing healing and softness to unfold naturally. As you do, peace and compassion begin to radiate from within you, replenishing your being and flowing outward where they are most needed.
