The bright, glowing light in the center of your throat.
The shimmering light in your heart.
The vibrant light centered in your belly, in your solar plexus.
The powerful light in the lower core of your torso,in the center of your abdomen.
And the energizing light brightly glowingat the base of your spine.See your whole body illuminated,Are there any colors?
